Terms of service
Last updated: 7 July 2026 · Loxima Limited, trading as bulkqr.com ("we", "us")
The service
bulkqr.com generates QR code images in bulk from data you supply. Anonymous use is free up to the published limits; larger jobs require an account and credits purchased in advance. Generated codes are yours to use however you like — we claim no rights over your content or the generated images.
Credits and payment
- One credit generates one QR code. Credits are debited when a job is accepted and automatically refunded for any items that fail to generate.
- Credits don't expire and are shared across your organisation.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment is refunded, the corresponding credits are removed from your balance — including retroactively if they've already been spent.
- For unused credits, contact admin@bulkqr.com within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
Your content and downloads
- Generated archives and the data you submitted are kept for 90 days, then deleted. Download links expire on the same schedule.
- You're responsible for the content you encode. Don't use the service to link to malware, phishing, or anything unlawful; we may refuse or remove such jobs and suspend the account.
Fair use and availability
- We work hard to keep the service fast and available but provide it "as is", without warranty. Scheduled limits (job sizes, rate limits) may change.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Accounts
- Keep your credentials safe; you're responsible for activity under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from the account page. Organisations with other members must be handed over or emptied first.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If we change them materially we'll update the date above and notify account holders by email. "QR Code" is a registered trade mark of Denso Wave Incorporated.
